I started training in 2006 which was was the 1st time I stepped in to a kickboxing gym, to say the least I loved it!
My coach at the time said I some serious power and that I could do really well in this sport if I just focus on it, so I did and decided to take it further, had 5 amateur fights then made transition to professional and now I’ve had 27 professional fights 25 of those being k1-kickboxing and 2 MMA bouts!
I’m currently ranked 2 in the UK in the 90kg division and ranked 2 in the 85kg division so I’m aiming for the number 1 spot in whatever I do cos that’s why we are here right. I’m the newly crowned @MTGP KGP British champion in the 85kg division aiming to get the European KGP title and hopefully the world Title!
I won’t stop till I cement both those belts! My main goal is to get signed by “GLORY KICKBOXING ” who knows we just have to keep aiming high! I made the move to “Keddles and Bruce gym” about 3 years ago now and it’s the best gym with the best Team and Team mates to bring out the best in you, and each other, always getting pushed by my coach Alan keddle and always progressing, I feel being at this gym I’ve made massive progress from when I started and I’ll continue to do so, I have the best support around me from my family, friends and Team mates so there’s only one way we are going and that’s onwards and upwards in this sport.
This sport has probably saved my life to say the least, with mental health and confidence being a huge factor in many of us, it gives you a positive mental attitude, direction and discipline makes you feel great and also helps let out some steam. My fiance Georgie is a huge support, she pushes me all the time , even when she has her own things to do she supports me comes to my training sessions and always makes sure I’m on the right path so to anyone with that support you are loved and very appreciated thank you. With two beautiful daughters so I want to make them very proud as they drive me to be the very best!
Having my brother Tom who’s also a professional fighter has helped me massively through our career we have a great bond and together we plan on taking over our weight divisions. Also huge thanks to Philip Tieu for signing me and giving me the opportunity to show my skills in MTGP arguably the best platform in the UK.
