Head to wekapture.tv Choose the event you would like to view and click on it. An option to buy a pass will be available on this page.

Only one user can be logged into a single account at any time.

You can watch on any device which has a web browser.

Head to your username in the top right of the website and click on My Orders. Select the order containing the stream pass that you would like to watch and click the View Button. Click View This Live Stream under the stream you would like to watch.

Yes. All of our streams are available to watch after they have finished on the page which you streamed them.

Unfortunately we do not provide refunds to customers who miss the live streamed event. You are still able to watch the stream when it has finished.

This can be due to either your internet connection, or the connection from the venue you are watching. Kapture unfortunately cannot take any responsibility for the internet in either place, however, we will do our best to assist anyone and everyone with any internet issues.
